I waited a whole week and they kept saying tomorrow stock is coming. Finally today they said the trees are here; I drove 40 minutes and what they are selling as 6-7 feet tree is barely taller than me and I’m 5’4”. I told them this is not 6 feet and they basically said take it or leave it; manager refused to come down and talk to customer. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I’m just really glad I didnt pre book and prepay and end up with. 5’ tree!!!!
Careful with this supplier! Unreliable and unprofessional behavior. They are not honoring previous made delivery commitments and short notice (upon paid upfront the X-mas tree) advising on late delivery. Further, they are also not sticking to deliver on time - in essence shop somewhere else!
I will never order my christmas tree from them again. I’ve had such a bad experience this year. Firstly the shipment was late (ok fine) but then I had to continuously follow up to see when my tree would arrive and they said if i pay extra they can give me a bigger tree, which I did not want. Then they said they would give me a tree the next day (which was strange because they said the shipment hadn’t arrived, so I knew it was going to be an old tree). On the day of the tree arriving, I called the shop 13 times before someone answered the phone to find out when the tree would arrive. When it came, the tree was so old and yellow at the ends, all the pine fell from the tree and stripped the branches bare when i touched it. They have caused me nothing but stress and wasted my time!! When I told them I wanted a refund, they asked me to send pictures of the tree which I did and then no one followed up with me again. So yet again, I was constantly on the phone trying to get hold of them to ask for my refund. Now apparently my refund will take 5-7 days, which leaves me within a short time to find another christmas tree.

I got a christmas tree from here last year and it was great. not cheap but it was good. This year however, I pre-booked it a month in advanced.
If you are looking to have the tree delivered on time and have any semblance of customer service, I'd avoid getting it from them. They will take the money and run. After countless attempts at getting information on the delivery of the tree, they finally decided to tell me that the tree will be delivered 2 weeks late.
They took zero acountability on the late delivery. ( at the time of writing this I still haven't received the tree). every day they would tell me tomorrow. So I'm still waiting here, 5 days into december, almost two weeks late on the original delivery time and no tree.
The worst part is that there are countless other vendors that provide same or next day delivery of trees, yet Oleander, a supposedly respectable vendor has left myself and probably many others in the dark on what's going on.
I hope the tree gets delivered before christmas. We're yet to see....
